New graduates have the opportunity to participate in our mandatory residency program, which includes monthly seminars led by the Nurse Residency Team, peer-to-peer debriefing sessions, support groups/mentoring, and rounding. Responsibilities
- The Neuro Step Down Unit is hiring a nurse ( RN ) to join their dedicated team of high-performing nurses that provide exceptional patient care within their 29-bed unit.
- This unit is highly specialized neurology Step-Down, dedicated to the special care required for patients who are recovering from neurosurgery , or neurological injuries – to include psych patients.
- Joint Commission-Accredited Primary Step-Down.

Qualifications
- Minimum Associate Degree : Degree from accredited academic nursing program preferred Registered Nurse-NM License State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License Academic Preparation: BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire.
