- Responsibilities The RN House Supervisor provides administrative and clinical leadership during assigned shifts and serves as the senior nursing leader in the facility when executive leadership is not present.
- The House Supervisor oversees hospital operations, patient flow, staffing coordination, regulatory compliance, patient care standards, and emergency response activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of acute-care nursing experience.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
