GI and Surgical Services Full Time Days M-F 0830-1700 Our mission is to be a leader in providing quality patient care by promoting excellence and innovation in Endoscopy. We use a multi-disciplinary approach to nursing care The Endoscopy staff presently consists of a Nurse Director, Assistant Director, Clinical Instructor, Office Manager, two Charge Nurses, 26 Registered Nurses that are practicing with a current Texas License, 10 Endoscopy Technicians, one Porter, two Health Unit Coordinators, and 5 Office Assistants working directly under the Vice President for ICU and Endoscopy Services. Registered professional nurse who assesses, implements or delegates, plans, and evaluates total nursing care and functions in accordance with established philosophy, providing and directing patient care for a group of patients. Relates effectively with other shifts/departments for optimal continuity of care.
