Cancer Center Infusion Full-Time M-F 0800 - 1700 72Hours per pay period 40 Hours then 32 Hours The Cancer Center Infusion Center provides care to adult and pediatric patients with non-cancerous, hematology and/or oncology conditions. Chemotherapy administration and practices are followed using ONS guidelines and institutional policies and procedures. Protocol participation is also available. Therapies include but are not limited to: chemotherapy via ambulatory infusion pump, intravenous, intrathecal, IM or SQ route, therapeutic phlebotomy, administration of blood and blood products, anti-emetic therapy, IV immunotherapy and IV hydration. Registered professional nurse who assesses, implements or delegates, plans, and evaluates total nursing care and functions in accordance with established philosophy while providing and directing patient care for a group of patients. Relates effectively with other departments for optimal continuity of care.
