Candidates Who Reside Within 50 Miles Of The Following Locations May Be Asked To Work In Person

Bloomfield, CT, Chattanooga, TN, Denver, CO, St Louis, MO, and Scottsdale, AZ. Are you energized by solving complex planning challenges, improving how work gets done, and helping teams make confident business decisions? In this role, you will support workforce capacity planning for NetOps and Provider Call Quality.

You will partner across the business to forecast demand, assess staffing needs, reduce risk, and help leaders plan for the future with clear, data-driven recommendations. Responsibilities Build, maintain, and improve capacity models for multiple back-office functions with diverse work types. Develop monthly demand and staffing forecasts that help leaders balance service goals, productivity, and business risk.

Analyze key performance trends and translate findings into clear recommendations for staffing, hiring, skill conversion, and up-training needs. Lead monthly operating reviews with functional leaders and matrix partners, sharing results and explaining the impact to forecast plans. Partner in capacity support meetings to review hiring plans, inventory trends, and short-term needs while offering practical recommendations.
