Summary

  • Responsible for providing customer service for patients regarding scheduling appointments, referrals, messaging, and maintaining patient demographics. Ensure callers receive service excellence when responding to telephone, written, Pres Online, E-Business, chat, and in person inquiries.
  • Type of Opportunity: Full time Job Exempt: No Job is based: Presbyterian Rust Medical Center Work Shift: Weekday Schedule Monday-Friday (United States of America)

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by triaging patients, scheduling appointments, processing referrals, managing messages, and maintaining patient records.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls using skill-based technology while meeting quality, productivity, and first-call resolution standards.
  • Serve as a patient advocate by building positive relationships with patients, providers, and partners, ensuring timely and accurate support.
  • Utilize resources, policies, and databases to research inquiries and deliver consistent, accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions, including calls, emails, faxes, and walk-ins, for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying trends, documenting procedures, and supporting service enhancements.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and participate in quality improvement projects and organizational initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, training, contracting, and reporting activities as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school/GED diploma 1 year office/business experience Call Center experience preferred. All
