Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering student learning, professional development, and clinical competency. Evaluate student performance and participate in curriculum development, accreditation activities, and other School of Nursing initiatives.

Collaborate with faculty, healthcare professionals, and community partners to support the School of Nursing's mission. Maintain a clinical practice at Family Circle of Care Chapel Hill to support student and provide patient care.
