Responsibilities
- Manage and retain a designated client portfolio.
- Serve as the pharmacy subject matter expert for sales and account teams.
- Lead client discussions on pharmacy performance, trends, and cost-management strategies.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on renewals, pricing, implementation, and growth opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships and act as an escalation point for pharmacy-related issues.
- Support finalist presentations and new business opportunities.
- Analyze pharmacy utilization and provide strategic recommendations.
- Provide support for contracts, audits, reporting, and pharmacy coverage questions.
- IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING: 5+ years of PBM, pharmacy consulting, or related healthcare experience.
- Experience managing client relationships and renewals.
- Strong understanding of PBM operations and pharmacy benefit programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of PBM financials, pricing, and contracting.
- Experience supporting sales and business growth initiatives.
- Located in Houston, San Antonio, or Dallas.
