Actual pay rate dependent upon experience. $18.50 - $24.25 Position Highlights Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM You Belong at Avera Be part of a multidisciplinary team built with compassion and the goal of Moving Health Forward for you and our patients. Work where you matter.
A Brief Overview Serves as support liaison with current Patient Service Representatives and patients. Assists with patient check in and collection of co-pays. Will work and communicate with insurance companies or appropriate entity to ensure prior authorization for procedures is received.
What you will do Complete ordering for all supplies for the office and monitor expiration dates on items that expire, if applicable. Complete templates for the providers schedule when necessary. Assists in registering patients, collecting co-pays and patient balances at time of service.
