Job Description
Essential Responsibilities •Ensure that all operations are compliant with industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA, CMS, and payer policies. •Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations. •Identify and implement process and workflow improvements and best practices to optimize the revenue cycle management. •Facilitate onboarding, training and provides feedback to associates. •Resolve any issues or escalations related to the revenue cycle management processes. •Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of the revenue cycle management goals and objectives. •Prepare and present reports on the revenue cycle management performance and progress Education Level Bachelor's - Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree Experience Level Minimum of 1 year of experience Licenses and Certifications Not Specified Skills Not Specified Physical Demands •Sitting •Standing •Extended Computer Usage •Walking Work Environment •Well-lit •Remote •Noise Level -Quite •Climate ControlledFor this US-based position, the base pay range is $53,606.00 - $79,233.51 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
