Job Description

The Operations Senior Manager of CuraScript Specialty Distribution Operations (CSD) leads the overall management of the Memphis, TN Distribution Center. This role oversees multiple direct reports and serves as a key backup and escalation point for Manager In Charge responsibilities. This leader is deeply connected to daily operations and all functional areas, partnering cross-functionally with finance, procurement, IT, quality, compliance, sales, and customer service. The Operations Senior Manager drives performance by monitoring key operational and financial metrics to improve EBITDA and working capital, while coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team. Through recognition and performance management, this role strengthens associate engagement and drives continuous improvement. What you'll do to make a difference : Drive daily operational output in partnership with onsite and remote leaders Act as primary escalation point for Procurement, Sales, and Customer Service on issue resolution, product disposition, and new initiatives Optimize warehouse product and process flow Coordinate training with the CSD Training Team Support SAP implementation execution Maintain strong knowledge of DSCSA regulations and qualify as a Designated Representative in all 50 states Partner with Quality to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and prevent future issues Promote a strong safety culture and protect associate health and wellbeing Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (client contracts, DSCSA, FDA, DEA, VAWD/NABP, Boards of Pharmacy, licensing, pedigree, serialization) Prepare for and support internal/external audits with corporate audit teams Ensure product stability and inventory quality across all outbound processes Partner with Operations leadership to review metrics and drive improvements in production, quality, and safety Identify cost-of-quality drivers and implement corrective actions Review and ensure adherence to PNPs and work instructions What you need to be successful: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred 3+ years of progressive management experience with a strong track record of talent development 3+ years of supply chain or warehouse operations experience Designated Representative or Manager in Charge experience strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain) Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP EWM Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to forecast and recommend solutions Experience building analytical tools, project plans, and process flows Passion for team development and coaching Strong understanding of fulfillment and customer service operations Thrives in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment Experience with process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, and change management Ability to work a flexible schedule If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
