Overview

The Operations Lead Analyst plays a key role in improving provider experience by leading Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) for important system releases, capabilities, and initiatives. In this role, you will bring strong business insight, testing knowledge, and partnership skills to help confirm that pricing and operational solutions work as intended. You will collaborate across Delivery, Systems Quality Engineering, Business Users, and Development teams to support high-quality releases for platforms such as Pega Enterprise Pricing Service (EPS), Stand Alone NetworX Pricer (SANP), and Optum.

This is an opportunity to use curiosity, sound judgment, and a growth mindset to influence readiness, reduce risk, and help deliver better outcomes for the business and the people we serve. Responsibilities Lead Business Acceptance Testing for assigned releases, capabilities, and initiatives, helping ensure solutions meet business needs and are ready for implementation. Use business requirements, process risk, and release goals to define test strategy, coverage priorities, scripts, and expected outcomes.

Analyze system, asset, configuration, and process changes to identify BAT impacts, risks, and readiness needs. Validate pricing information and related business outcomes to confirm accuracy, identify issues, and support strong provider experience. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve defects, remove blockers, and support implementation of new programs across Fee for Service, Fee for Value, and Flexible Network Capabilities.
