Summary

  • Build your Career. Make a difference. Presbyterian is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Operations Coordinator to support key functions across Behavioral Health programs. This role manages supply ordering, prepares educational materials, maintains employee files, coordinates with Mental Health Court, and provides administrative support to department leadership. The position also oversees payroll for the assigned area, including preparation and management of special pay and journal entries.

Responsibilities

  • Provides operational and administrative support for designated Behavioral Health programs, including communications, meeting coordination, and maintenance of physician and APC call schedules.
  • Delivers intake and scheduling support for assigned program areas.
  • Oversees payroll processes for the assigned area, including preparation and management of special pay.
  • Develops, updates, and maintains program resource guides.
  • Organizes educational events and manages participation tracking and CME credit documentation.
  • Builds and expands provider networks through targeted outreach efforts.
  • Establishes and maintains formal and informal relationships with internal and external providers

Qualifications

  • High school (G.E.D.).
  • Three to five years experience in healthcare operations or related college level coursework.
  • Strong working knowledge of clinic and hospital operations, EPIC and other clinical applications.
