Wil jij werken in een kleinschalige zorgomgeving waar je zichtbaar verschil maakt? Voor NephroCare DiaPriva zoeken wij een Operationeel Teamleider Facilitair die leidinggeven combineert met actief meewerken op de werkvloer.
In deze functie zorg je samen met je collega’s voor een schone, veilige en goed georganiseerde kliniek. Je verdeelt het werk, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de facilitaire processen en springt waar nodig zelf bij in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Juist die combinatie van coördineren en meewerken maakt deze rol afwisselend en belangrijk.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Operationeel Teamleider Facilitair ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de facilitaire werkzaamheden binnen onze kliniek. Je:
- stuurt collega’s in de dagelijkse praktijk aan en helpt bij het verdelen van de werkzaamheden
- werkt zelf actief mee op de werkvloer
- bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en continuïteit van de facilitaire processen
- zorgt voor een schone, veilige en verzorgde omgeving voor patiënten, bezoekers en collega’s
- ondersteunt bij logistieke en facilitaire werkzaamheden binnen de kliniek
- signaleert knelpunten en komt met praktische verbetervoorstellen
- stemt af met collega’s binnen de zorg en andere betrokkenen in de organisatie
- draagt bij aan een prettige samenwerking en een goed lopende dagelijkse operatie

In onze kleinschalige kliniek in Amsterdam zie je direct het resultaat van jouw inzet: jij helpt de voorwaarden te creëren waaronder patiënten zich veilig voelen en zorgprofessionals hun werk optimaal kunnen doen.
Wat breng je mee?
Wij zoeken iemand die graag zichtbaar is in de operatie en energie krijgt van een combinatie van organiseren, aansturen en aanpakken. Je hebt:
- mbo werk- en denkniveau
- ervaring binnen facilitaire dienstverlening, logistiek, service of een vergelijkbare operationele omgeving
- ervaring met het aansturen, begeleiden of coördineren van collega’s
- een praktische instelling en de bereidheid om zelf mee te werken
- gevoel voor orde, netheid, veiligheid en service
- goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een oplossingsgerichte manier van werken
- affiniteit met werken in een zorgomgeving
