Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program execution across complex initiatives, ensuring delivery meets quality, timeline, and performance expectations. Establish and evolve governance frameworks that enable clear oversight, decision-making, and accountability.

Translate operational, claims, and performance data into actionable insights that inform strategy and improve outcomes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance scalability. Proactively identify risks and lead cross-functional resolution efforts, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
