As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of a busy specialty clinic, supporting providers and staff while ensuring efficient workflows, quality patient care, and a positive team culture. # Responsibilities Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned operations Responsible for ensuring compliance with established corporate standards and reviewing and evaluating the work and performance of subordinates Has authority for personnel actions and oversees most day to day operations of group # Shift: Monday through Friday, primarily 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexibility to start as early as 7:00 a.m. or work until 5:00 or 5:30 p.m. as clinic needs require. # Team Highlights # Lead a well-established team of 22 employees supporting 14 providers in a fast paced specialty clinic seeing approximately 100 patients each day. Opportunity to make an immediate impact by strengthening staffing, balancing workloads, and supporting operational improvements. Work alongside an experienced, highly independent team that values direct communication, collaboration, and accountability. Play a key role in improving patient and staff experience while managing provider utilization, clinic operations, and financial performance.
