Responsibilities

• Assist registered nurses (RNs) with patient care activities, including vital signs monitoring, administering medications, and wound care.
• Provide basic patient care, such as bathing, feeding, and assisting with mobility.
• Observe and document patient conditions and report any changes to the supervising RN.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Must be currently enrolled in a State approved Program of Nursing Must be 9 months out from graduation upon hire (May 2027) BLS required at time of hire We're all about well-being, starting with yours.
