  • Responsibilities The MRI Technologist performs magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures under the supervision of a radiologist to assist in the diagnosis of disease and injury.
  • This position ensures patient safety and comfort, maintains accurate records, and complies with all safety protocols, including those specific to the MRI environment.
  • Qualifications Job

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program.
  • ARRT (R) certification.
  • MRT License from the Texas Medical Board.
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
  • Preferred Job

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of MRI experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and EMR systems.
