Medication History Pharmacy Technician, Carepathrx, US Remote at The Cigna Group

Overview

The Medication History Pharmacy Technician at PipelineRx (now a part of Evernorth Health Services) supports Remote Pharmacy Services by collecting and documenting accurate patient medication histories, assisting pharmacists, and performing related clinical and administrative tasks. Shift: You will be required to work anywhere from 3a - 11p, Sun – Sat. We have both full time shifts and part time shifts we are looking to fulfill.

Main Duties Gather and verify complete medication lists and patient allergies. Document all medication details in electronic records. Interview patients/caregivers and consult pharmacists to resolve discrepancies.

Assist with quality assurance data, clinical services, order handling, and support pharmacists with data entry and insurance claims. Qualifications State Pharmacy Technician License National Pharmacy Technician Certification required. 2+ years Pharmacy Technician experience; 1+ year with Medication Reconciliation/History in hospitals. Preferred: Prescription data entry and project coordination experience.
