Qualifications

- Requires knowledge of examination, diagnostic, laboratory and treatment room procedures.
- Requires the ability to read, understand, and respond to detailed oral and written instructions. Must be able to read and write medical terminology, as well as possess the ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Must be able to take and record vital signs, maintain records, and record results. ######### Education:##### High school diploma or equivalent is required. #Certification or transcript of completion of a Medical Assistant course is required. ######### Experience:#### One year experience as Medical Assistant or clinical rotations in a clinic setting is preferred.
- Current BLS certification within 90 days of hire required.
