Responsibilities
- Lead daily Food Services operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, infection prevention, and organizational policies.
- Support employee onboarding, training, and ongoing education.
- Monitor department performance and implement quality improvements.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair.
- Maintain departmental policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Assist with budget management and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with leaders to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate department records and operational systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree, certification, vocational training, or higher education in a related field preferred.
- Three to five years of leadership or management experience required; healthcare or food service management experience preferred.
