Location: Medical Center - Fort Worth Department: Food & Nutrition Services Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Manager of Catering & Event Operations is responsible for leading all catering services and event coordination across the organization. This role ensures operational excellence, safety compliance, and high-quality service experience by managing individual contributors, event logistics, system workflows, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience & Experience: Associate Degree in Nutrition, Food Service or related field required. Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality, food service, catering, or event operations. In lieu of the experience/education, successful program completion of the Dietic program at Texas Christian University (TCU).
