Park Rapids Clinic Department: 3251800 FAMILY PRACTICE - PRK Job Description: Essentia Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse of Certified Medical Assistant to serve in our family practice at our Park Rapids Clinic in Park Rapids, Minnesota. This LPN or CMA works 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Typically this employee will work three days a week, but is a flex employee who may be required to increase or decrease their schedule without notice.

No holiday or on-call rotations are required, but two Saturday shifts will be required every six months. Education

Qualifications

• LPN: Current LPN licensure with the Minnesota state board of nursing upon hire.
• CMA: current registration or certification as a Medical Assistant OR verifiable completion of a Medical Assistant Program and must become certified within one year of date of hire.
• Must pass certification within two attempts.
• Both: AHA Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 3 months of hire.
