- Contributes to the Ensemble vision and mission of “Redefining the possible in healthcare by empowering people to be the difference” by planning and executing information technology (IT) audits, providing subject matter expertise on IT for the internal audit team, assessing risks and controls related to Ensemble’s information systems, IT infrastructure, operations and cybersecurity programs, while demonstrating the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- This role leverages data analytics, emerging technologies, and automation to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
- The IT Internal Audit Manager evaluates complex system architectures, data flows, and security controls, including identity and access management, event logging, and cloud-based platforms.
- The role also supports audits of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and automation tools, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and enterprise governance frameworks.
- The IT Internal Audit Manager is responsible for providing Ensemble leadership with an independent and objective assessment and evaluation of the effectiveness of the IT control environment, including the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems, and the state of organizational compliance with Ensemble’s IT policies and standard practices.
- This role will manage the entire IT audit process, including risk assessment, planning, audit execution and reporting results.
- The IT Internal Audit Manager supports the achievement of the department goals and contributes to the development of Internal Audit team members by collaborating on various integrated audit engagements and consistently providing outstanding leadership and guidance.
