Job Summary Support regional outreach efforts by coordinating external relations, helping coordinate and deliver outreach, education, and engagement initiatives to improve access to care, health literacy, and population health within a defined geographic region. Provide support to the regional outreach department through a wide variety of duties to ensure services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. Performance: Position Specific Essential Functions Work with appropriate management and staff to effectively facilitate problem resolution related to issues raised by outside providers regarding patient referrals and services. Communicate issues to appropriate staff and follow-up on any decisions or actions taken. Communicate changes to external providers in an appropriate and timely manner. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Answers phone calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel. Responds to emails and other digital inquiries or correspondences. Drafts and edits correspondence, reports, and other documents. Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets. Prepares meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes. Coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup (and catering when applicable). Research as requested, and compiles and summarizes information for reports or presentations. Completes projects within assigned timeframes and enlists support from appropriate internal and external resources, when appropriate. Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed. Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations. Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Experience: Preferred Six months of experience in healthcare or medical field Certification/Licensure: Required N/A
