As our Intake Coordinator, you’ll be the first voice patients hear and the first face they see guiding them into medical and behavioral health services that truly change lives. What You'll Do Welcome and register patients with warmth and professionalism Appointment scheduling and calendar coordination Insurance verification and eligibility checks Electronic Medical Records (EMR) data entry Front desk customer service Answering multi-line phones Assisting with billing inquiries Coordinating care across medical, dental, behavioral health & pharmacy What We’re Looking For ✔ Strong multitasking and organizational skills ✔ Clear, compassionate communication ✔ EMR/EHR systems experience (preferred, not required) ✔ High School Diploma or GED required ✔ Valid Driver’s License required ✔ 1+ year experience in medical office, healthcare administration, receptionist, patient services, or customer service preferred ✔ Most importantly: a heart for serving your community.
