Within our Care Enablement segment, we develop and provide life-sustaining medical products, digital health solutions, and therapies that empower clinical teams and improve patient outcomes. Our FME Reignite strategy drives transformation through innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Our values guide how we work:

- We Commit to doing things the right way— growing with purpose and leading kidney care with integrity and innovation
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Country Partner to lead our Human Resources initiatives across the Nordic region, specifically Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping our people strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving organizational transformation within these key markets. You will act as a strategic advisor to our leadership teams, ensuring our HR practices align with business objectives and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior managers and their teams across Sweden, Finland, and Denmark, providing guidance on all HR-related matters.
- Performance Management: Lead and implement robust performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, talent calibration, and development plans, to drive individual and team excellence.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and promote our company culture across the Nordic countries.
- Organizational Transformation: Spearhead and support company-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring HR plays a critical role in change management, organizational design, and cultural evolution.
- Talent Development: Collaborate with managers to identify talent needs, develop succession plans, and implement learning and development programs that support career growth and skill enhancement.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Sweden, Finland, and Denmark, overseeing HR operations and policies.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion in a strategic HR Business Partner or Country Partner role, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing and coaching managers and their teams, with a strong ability to influence and drive results through others.
- Regional Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and cultural nuances within the Nordic region (Sweden, Finland, Denmark).
- Transformation Acumen: Experience in leading and supporting organizational transformation projects, both within HR and across the broader business.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Knowledge of a Nordic language (Swedish, Finnish, or Danish) is a must.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant HR certifications are a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a global team.
