- Education: High school diploma, equivalent or higher education required.# Must maintain Food Handlers certificate with 30 days of hire.# Page 3 of 3 In addition, may have completed course work in sanitation, food# production, kitchen management, etc.# B.
- Training and Experience: Food Service experience preferred.

- Unusual Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Work is of moderate demand; walking and standing a great deal of the time;# lifting supplies and moving equipment some of the time.
