Hospitality Specialist Team Lead

Job Summary In the absence of the Supervisor, the Team leader supervises and inspects the activities of Environmental Services associates within the Hospital and adjacent buildings and performs immediate corrections of sub-standard performance. Supervises the Following Positions Positions: N/A Performance: Position Specific Essential Functions Demonstrates accurate knowledge and skill to ensure the staff thoroughly understand job assignments and instructions through written or verbal instruction. Demonstrate accurate knowledge and skill to operate cleaning equipment. Follows departmental procedures concerning proper care and maintenance. Immediately reports problems related to equipment. Consistently takes good care of the equipment. Demonstrates accurate knowledge and skills to carry out job duties. Follows departmental and hospital policies and procedures concerning proper disinfection of the environment. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education Preferred High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Experience: Preferred Two years of experience in EVS/Janitorial Services Certification/Licensure: Required Valid Texas Driver#s License May be required for some positions
