Grill Attendant

Position Summary: Prepare hot sandwiches and short order items at cafeteria grill station. Serves# and merchandises grill products in an attractive and palatable manner adhering# to portion control guidelines. Stock area with supplies utilized for grill service.# Responsible for the setup and preparation of all fresh items and condiments and# the preparation and cleanliness of the grill area. Maintains high standards of# sanitation, organization, safe work habits, and operation and care of equipment. Qualifications: A. Education: High School diploma preferred or equivalent experience and education. B. Training and Experience: Previous short order cook required or 1 plus years as cafeteria server# required. Page 3 of 3 VI. Unusual Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Work is of moderate demand, continuous standing and walking; lifting supplies# and moving equipment some of the time. Hours may be irregular to# accommodate cafeteria schedules.
