- Building B - St Marys Medical Center Department: 2009850 AUXILIARY - GIFT SHOP - SMMC HOSP Job Description: Responsible for the effective management and daily operations of the St.
- Mary’s Medical Center Gift Shop, which serves patients, visitors, and staff while raising funds for grants supporting patient care and scholarships for future healthcare workers.
- The Gift Shop Supervisor leads the employees and volunteers in the shop in cooperation with Volunteer Services.
- Merchandise purchased by the Gift Shop Supervisor must appeal to various age groups with good taste based on current trends.
- Annual attendance at regional and national gift shows by the Supervisor is needed to maintain the shop.
- Strong organizational skills Familiarity with managing inventory and financial reporting Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work with a variety of staff and volunteers Work Experience: Experience with overall operations of a retail department or gift shop, inventory and buying of merchandise.
