Job Summary Coordinates and leads the operation of Food # Nutrition Services. Oversees daily production and quality of product at all three locations (St. John#s, Memorial, # South campuses). Responsible for compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and standards. Responsible for sanitation and food code compliance of department and area. # Qualifications Education Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Experience: Preferred Two or more years of experience in Food Service One or more years of experience in teaching or training new hires in multiple areas Certification/Licensure: Required Food Safety Manager Certificate Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date #
