Position Summary The Field Service Technician provides on-site technical support to CVS Pharmacy locations, traveling between stores to maintain and repair computer systems, hardware, and store technology. This role supports point-of-sale (POS), pharmacy systems, networking equipment, and other in-store technologies. The technician diagnoses and resolves technical issues, performs preventative maintenance, and ensures minimal disruption to store operations.
This position works closely with remote support teams such as network services, software engineering, and help desk personnel to restore service and identify root causes of issues. The Field Service Technician maintains accurate service records and ensures timely resolution of all assigned work while delivering excellent in-store customer support. What You Will Do Travel between assigned CVS Pharmacy locations to provide on-site technical support and maintenance.
