Position Summary

Performs duties necessary to ensure assigned area of operations functions independently as well as interdependently to accomplish the goals and objectives of MCH ProCare. Directs and coordinates activities for the clinic division, including patient registration, cashiering, medical records, billing, coding, AR collection and other assigned areas related to job skills.# Provides support to Kermit Independent School District. # I.#############

Qualifications

  • # A.####### Education: Master#s degree in management of Health Care related discipline required. # B.####### Training and Experience: At least 5 years of related experience including 3-5 years of progressive supervisory experience.#Current BLS Certification. # II.########### Unusual Physical Demands and Working Conditions: # Heavy lifting may be required at times, sustained standing and walking, exposure to infectious diseases, and work at times under stress. # Must be mature and have a sincere dedicated attitude.
  • Must be able to maintain a pleasant, even temperament while working under pressure and heavy workloads.
  • Possible exposure to patients with infectious diseases.# Must have the ability to conduct business in person and on the telephone.# Position requires sitting for extended periods of time. # #
