Discharge Assistant /Unit Clerk

Position Summary: The Oncology Navigator Assistant supports the Nursing Staff as well as the Case Managers to aide in safe and efficient transitions of care. They are responsible for coordination of information and communication in the office and nursing unit by performing clerical, receptionist, coordination duties, and maintains the physical environment of the area. Education:# High School graduate or equivalent.
