The Opportunity: The Director, Technical Implementation is responsible for onboarding Ensemble clients on EHP platform and applications, rolling out product capabilities and leading support. The Director takes directions from the VP, Product Implementation, senior level operation members and works in conjunction with other cross-functional teams within the company, as well as external clients. The Director, Technical Implementation also supervises other leaders in Product Implementation and Product Support areas. The role assumes technical and business in depth knowledge and understanding software installation best practices to ensure timely delivery of Ensemble products and services. All duties shall be performed in accordance with organizational policies and goals which include maintaining a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner reflecting respectful service with customers, clients, co-workers and management. Essential Job Functions Must be able to provide excellent and timely communication (written and verbal) on assigned projects, which includes progress, risks, and issues to Ensemble clients Align operational resources & objectives with business priorities for product innovation and operational efficiencies Develops and executes short- and long-term operational strategies aligned with enterprise goals Sponsors innovation by advancing automation, AI adoption, and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery Ensures alignment of technical services strategy with enterprise-wide business objectives and growth priorities Oversees end-to-end technical implementation processes across multiple product lines and client portfolios Builds and develops a high-performing technical services organization through talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development Coordinate and lead the data loading, implementation and training across all product and service lines. Build capacity, capability, scalability, resilience and reproducibility across teams by utilizing automation and AI Tools Must be able to utilize SQL and various other tools to analyze, test, and validate revenue cycle data from various HIS systems for Ensemble products Communicate and work closely with Maintenance team troubleshooting issues and follow through to resolution for clients Identify, report and document software defects that surface in Ensemble products and offer suggested solutions Drives improvement and standardization initiatives across implementation processes and functions Maintain Ensemble’s baseline data specifications for HL7, data extract, and API data exchange methods Employment Qualifications 10 or more years of professional experience 5-10 years of relative formal leadership Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience Must be able to provide excellent and timely communication (written and verbal) on assigned projects, which includes progress, risks, and issues to Ensemble clients Align operational resources & objectives with business priorities for product innovation and operational efficiencies Coordinate and lead the data loading, implementation and training across all product and service lines Build capacity, capability, scalability, resilience and reproducibility across teams Experienced in data integration, data analytics, and software workflow design (e.g., using SQL server or equivalent to query large data sets, creating technical process flows, learning database tables, creating .json/.txt files.) Must be able to utilize SQL and various other tools to analyze, test, and validate revenue cycle data from various HIS systems for Ensemble products. Must be able to work closely with Product and Engineering as well as consult on architectural decisions regarding the solutions proposed. Communicate and work closely with Maintenance team troubleshooting issues and follow through to resolution for clients Identify, report and document software defects that surface in Ensemble products and offer suggested solutions Experience implementing process improvement initiatives and creating new methodologies for an organization. Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI. This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
