We are seeking a passionate and service-driven Dining Services Coordinator to lead our culinary team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both leadership and hands-on culinary involvement, with responsibilities that include menu planning, food preparation, team development, inventory management, scheduling, sanitation oversight, and maintaining quality dining services within budget. The Dining Services Coordinator will play an important role in creating a welcoming dining atmosphere while ensuring meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and according to company and nutritional standards. This position partners closely with community leadership and dining team members to deliver excellent hospitality and meaningful resident experiences every day. What it takes to be a Dining Service Coordinator at Brookdale Our Dining Service Coordinators plan, direct, coordinate activities of the dining services department, and provide food services for residents and employees. In addition, you will establish departmental regulations and procedures in conformance with administrative policies as well as develop standards for organization and supervision of dining services.
