Job Description
Part Time - M,W,F - 8 hour shifts Job Summary: Responsible for completion of patient flow sheets, charting, care plans, and providing patient education. Operation of dialysis machines, Critline, Centrifuge, and other dialysis related equipment. Aware of quality assurance procedures and related documentation and provides ongoing monitoring of procedures. Knowledgeable of insurance and Medicare requirements in order to facilitate work with the billing specialist. Serves as a clinical and administrative resource to patient/family and healthcare team member. Acts as a liaison between the physician and patient and/or family. Provide input to the development of individualized treatment plans. Reviews monthly patient labs and interacts with the dialysis health care team to make appropriate changes. Qualifications:
