• Responsibilities Lead end-to-end data analysis efforts including development, assessment, monitoring, and delivery of reporting solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and deliver actionable insights that support decision making.
• Design, build, and maintain standard and custom reporting for clients, brokers, sales, and internal partners.
• Manage and prioritize reporting requests, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and timely delivery.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee testing, validation, and implementation of reporting solutions.
• Build deep knowledge across products, systems, and data sources to act as a trusted subject matter expert.
• Collaborate across teams in a matrixed environment to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field with hands-on responsibility for managing and analyzing data.
• Experience working with relational databases and writing queries using tools such as SQL, SAS, or Excel.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and data mining skills, including root cause analysis.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present insights to varied audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience collaborating across teams and working in a matrixed organization.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience working with healthcare data or within the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with Evernorth or Cigna products and systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
