Position Summary: # The Community Pharmacist is responsible for providing safe, effective, appropriate, timely and cost-efficient medication therapy for patients.# This includes but is not limited to proper and safe distribution medications, rational drug selection, monitoring administration and responsibility for the patient#s overall drug therapy.
