Summary
The Clinical Coordinator, RN functions as a dual-role leader within the physician network, providing direct nursing care while managing the daily operations and activities of both licensed and unlicensed clinical personnel. This role is responsible for the frontline supervision of the clinical team, ensuring that workflows remain efficient and that staff performance aligns with established standards of excellence. By collaborating closely with physicians and senior management, the Clinical Coordinator provides essential leadership and professional guidance to foster a cohesive care environment.
Through the balance of clinical practice and operational oversight, this position ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining the seamless execution of daily clinic functions. Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm, there may be times when you will be required to work outside of normal hours. Education/Experience: Associate's degree in nursing, BSN preferred. 2 years of nursing experience.
Leadership experience preferred. Ability to Lead/Train Staff and provide patient-centered care as needed. Strong Administrative/Organizational skills.
