- Work Arrangement: Remote: Open to applicants in the United States, excluding CA, IL, ND, NY, OH, WA, and WY.
- Heavy travel is required to build relationships and drive the work forward.
- Hybrid (Preferred): For individuals within 60 miles of Albuquerque, in-office presence is required Tuesday through Thursday.
- Job Description: Enterprise Clinical Informatics & Digital Strategy Lead the evolution of inpatient, ambulatory, and virtual clinical systems to enable high-quality, efficient, patient-centered care.
- Align informatics and digital initiatives with enterprise priorities (quality, access, growth, and financial sustainability).
- Partner with executive leadership to prioritize and govern digital investments and ensure ROI realization.
- AI Leadership, Innovation & Governance Clinical Co-Leadership: Work in lockstep with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and other clinical leaders to ensure that technology, AI applications, and advanced data analytics are deeply connected to the clinical organization's goals, actively reducing administrative burden while enhancing care quality.
- Medical Staff Engagement: Partner with medical group and hospital clinical executives to build consensus, manage clinical variance, and serve as a trusted liaison between technical teams and practicing clinicians.
- Champion safe, ethical, and scalable adoption of AI and machine learning across clinical and operational domains.
- Establish AI governance frameworks, including validation, bias mitigation, monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
