Overview

Lifepoint Health has an opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will have oversight of Fauquier Health located in Warrenton, VA. https://www.fauquierhealth.org/about In November of 2013, Fauquier Health partnered with LifePoint Health. Today, Fauquier Health is a community health system dedicated to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Nationally recognized as a Top Hospital by the Leapfrog Group and accredited by the Joint Commission, Fauquier Health has achieved recognition as a Certified Primary Stroke Center, as a Center of Excellence for Joint Replacement and as an accredited Chest Pain Center. Fauquier Health includes a fully accredited, 97-bed acute care hospital; The Villa at Suffield Meadows, an assisted living facility; and multiple physician's offices, including primary care, gastroenterology, general surgery, OB/GYN and specialty practices. The Chief Financial Officer provides leadership and direction to all financial departments for the overall fiscal responsibility of the hospitals.

Other duties include: Administer the general accounting, patient business services, including third party reimbursement, financial, and statistical reporting functions of the hospital in accordance with established policies and accounting procedures. Provide formal or informal direction in data processing, distributed systems, material management and medical records functions. Train subordinates on the above areas and monitors performance to ensure fiscal responsibilities are fulfilled.
