Nurses collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and a variety of specialists including: palliative care, cardiology, neurology, urology, oncology, and orthopedics. 4 West is team-oriented and has been successful in providing our patients with superior quality and outstanding customer service. Job Summary •CNAs are responsible for providing basic patient care under the supervision of a nurse. The duties generally include observing patients, recording vital signs, performing EKGs, and reporting changes in patient conditions. Qualifications •Applicant has completed Nurse Aide course and presents Nurse Aide Certification. •Must maintain a current BLS certification from American Heart Association OR PCA/PCT PCAs are responsible for providing basic patient care under the supervision of a nurse. The duties generally include observing patients, recording vital signs, performing EKGs, drawing labs, non-sterile dressing changes, removing IVs, removing foley catheters, and reporting changes in patient conditions.
