How you'll contribute A Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) who excels in this role: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating while promoting independence and dignity Monitor and record vital signs and observe residents for changes in physical or mental condition, reporting concerns to nursing staff Support safe mobility by assisting with transfers, ambulation, and use of mobility aids such as walkers or wheelchairs Answer resident alarm pendants and respond to resident needs appropriately and promptly, ensuring timely assistance and safety Provide companionship and emotional support while encouraging engagement in daily activities and community programs Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment in accordance with facility policies and resident care plans Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
