Business Analytics Senior Analyst, Remote at The Cigna Group

Overview

Join Evernorth's Clinical Analytics team and help transform healthcare through data-driven insights. In this role, you will use analytics, statistical modeling, and business problem-solving to improve health outcomes, affordability, and customer experience across medical, behavioral, pharmacy, and clinical programs. We are looking for a curious, growth-oriented analyst who enjoys exploring complex data, uncovering meaningful insights, and partnering with stakeholders to drive better decisions.

Responsibilities Execute high-quality analyses that answer critical business questions and support strategic initiatives across the Clinical Analytics organization. Apply data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques to identify opportunities, explain trends, and inform future actions. Partner with business stakeholders to translate analytical needs into actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

Develop clean, efficient, and reusable code, frameworks, and documentation that improve analytical consistency and scalability. Validate data, methodologies, and outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and reproducibility. Create clear reports, presentations, and visualizations that help technical and non-technical audiences understand key findings.
