As a Business Analytics Senior Advisor, you will lead the development of reporting and analytics that support provider partnerships and drive program performance. This role offers the opportunity to influence outcomes, enhance decision-making, and help evolve innovative healthcare solutions. Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of reporting and data visualizations that drive performance in value-based care programs Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Apply advanced analytics to identify trends, measure outcomes, and support strategic decision-making Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business goals Continuously improve reporting processes and methodologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and impact Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results Qualifications Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, financial analysis, or a related field Experience working with healthcare claims data Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems Experience analyzing large, complex data sets using a variety of tools Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL and R/Python for data analysis and reporting Ability to manage analytic projects and deliver results across multiple priorities Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly to diverse audiences Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting value-based care programs Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field Familiarity with data structures, transformation techniques, and data quality validation If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 112,800 - 188,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
