Join Evernorth’s Data & Analytics team and help shape the future of high-acuity clinical analytics. As a Business Analytics Manager, you will lead innovative analytics that improve health outcomes and reduce total cost of care for large, complex clients. You will work with clinical and business leaders to uncover insights, influence strategy, and drive meaningful impact through data.

Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team, driving accountability and growth. Deliver advanced analytics and insights that inform strategic decisions and improve clinical and financial outcomes. Partner with clinical, product, and business leaders to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities.

Design and implement scalable analytics solutions to support client and market needs. Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Drive innovation by testing, measuring, and refining analytical approaches.
