The Clinical Analytics team within Evernorth’s Digital & Analytics organization partners across Medical Management, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, Operations, Clinical Programs, and Affordability initiatives to uncover insights that improve health outcomes and customer experiences. As a Business Analytics Lead Analyst, you will connect business strategy with advanced analytics, helping leaders make informed decisions and identify new opportunities to improve care, performance, and value.

Responsibilities Partner with clinical, operational, product, and business stakeholders to define high-impact analytics opportunities aligned to strategic priorities. Translate complex business questions into clear analytic problem statements, measurement plans, and actionable recommendations. Analyze large healthcare claims and related data sources to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and drivers of business performance.

Lead program evaluations and outcome studies using descriptive, predictive, and causal analytic methods. Define success metrics and measurement strategies that demonstrate business and customer impact. Synthesize findings into clear, executive-ready insights that influence decisions and drive action.
