Summary

The Biostatistician supports quality improvement initiatives by applying advanced statistical methods to healthcare data. This role transforms complex data into actionable insights, driving strategies that improve care quality, patient outcomes, and health equity. The Biostatistician must demonstrate proficiency in statistical software and tools and possess strong analytical and project management skills.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to present findings to diverse audiences. The Biostatistician must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or related field required. 5+ years’ experience as a Data Engineer, Database Developer, BI Developer, Data Analyst, Biostatistician, or similar role required.
